Our mission is to create a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment which ultimately fosters healing, comfort, and care for individuals and to break the stigma, myths, and misconceptions surrounding mental health issues that are preventing people from getting help.

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Founder and Director
Fab is the founder and the director of Fully Psych Mental Health Services. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience in treating both adults and children using a variety of therapy methods. She has extensive experience working with different individuals, companies, NGOs, schools, government, churches, and other stakeholders. She has trained numerous aspiring mental health professionals, sharing her expertise and helping them refine their skills to deliver quality mental health care.
Currently, she is one of the regional consultants of the Regional Child Placement Committee at the DSWD-4B Region contributing her insights and knowledge for the benefit of the welfare of children. For numerous times, she has been invited to speak in events all over the Philippines and has made appearance in several radio and online programs. She has also helped both international and local organizations in designing therapeutic workbooks for children/adolescents. Aside from this, she developed psychometric tests for Filipino workers measuring their holistic well-being and resilience with the help of her research team.
Over the years, Fab has had the honor and privilege of seeing real change in thousands of clients. She is highly skilled in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and many other mental health concerns.
Nadine Ace Bober, MBA Cand Co-Founder and Marketing Director
Nadine is one of the founding and managing partners of Fully Psych. With over 13 years of experience as a marketing manager, Nadine has in-depth knowledge and expertise in brand awareness specializing in digital communication and marketing management. Though she works behind the scenes, she is instrumental in the inception and growth of Fully Psych. Her passion for mental health has driven her to channel her expertise towards helping Fully Psych campaign the importance of mental health and de-stigmatize misconceptions surrounding mental health. She graduated with honors at the University of the Philippines-Baguio and took up MBA units at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Keene V. Calipara, EMR, MHFA
Business Development Director and Life & Career Coach
Keene is Fully Psych's Business Development Director and Life & Career Coach. He brings to the team his nearly two-decade stint in the corporate world. He finds an integrated life paramount to one's significance and success both in life and career. Keene believes that the individual's growth, involvement, and contribution to teams and organizations are dependent on the person himself - and everything about him. "Work is personal" as he would say.
He finds every person unique. And in that uniqueness, lies the person's strength to thrive, while overcoming life's challenges. Keene's authentic desire to help people brought him to coaching.

Dr. Rodel P. Canlas, PhD, RPsy, RPm Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Canlas holds the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the UST-Graduate School, where he graduated with Latin honor of Cum Laude. Before this, he completed his Master's degree from the same school with the honor of Magna Cum Laude. Back in college, he was a consistent scholar and student leader. Concerning professional affiliation, Dr. Canlas is the Public Relations Officer (PRO) and board member of the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - Philippines. Similarly, he is an officer and a board member of the UST Graduate School Alumni and Grants Association Inc. Further, he is a member of the following organizations; the Association of Sports andExercise Psychologists of the Philippines (ASEPP) and Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP). Moreover, he is the Chairman of the Sports and Exercise Psychology - Special Interest Group of the PAP.
In terms of professional background, Dr. Canlas is one of the firsts to be licensed as a psychologist and psychometrician. He also works as a psychotherapist of Porta Coeli Center for Pastoral Counseling and Psychotrauma Management, and as a sports psychology consultant of the Philippines Sports Commission (PSC).
In the academe, he had served as an instructor and/or professor for the following schools; Holy Angel Univerity, San Sebastian College, University of the East, and San Beda College. Currently, Dr. Canlas is devoting his self in service to the University of Santo Tomas as a faculty member both at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as the Point Person of the UST- Graduate School Psychotrauma Clinic, and a clinical psychologist of the UST Health Service.
Amor Mia Arandia, MA, RPm, RPsy Clinical Psychologist
Amor is a practicing clinical psychologist for more than a decade in the Philippines. She obtained her MA in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas. Over the years, she has published numerous books and co-authored scientific research journals. She is often invited as a resource speaker in various organizations and a lecturer in psychology review centers and universities. Currently, she is the Department Chair of Jose Rizal University and a consultant in several mental health clinics in Metro Manila.
At present, she is affiliated with various organizations such as the Psychological Association of the Philippines, Play Therapy Association of the Philippines, UST Graduate School-Psychotrauma Clinic, and Young Adult for the Ministry and the Nations, Day by Day Christian Ministries.
Dr. Carinez Dela-Cruz Fajarito PhD, RPsy, RPm Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Fajarito obtained her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas, Magna Cum Laude. At the same school, she finished her master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Cum Laude. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of the Philippines (Extension Program in Pampanga), Cum Laude.
As a practicing psychologist, Dr. Fajarito has been handling clients with mental health concerns since 2008. She is a certified and trained therapist of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), one of the psychotherapies she uses for her clients. Currently, she is a consultant and psychotherapist at PhilCare, and senior psychologist at FullyPsych.
She is also a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP). Besides being a practicing psychologist, she had taught Psychology courses both in the Undergraduate (Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Manila, De La Salle University Araneta, and Holy Angel University), and Graduate School programs (Far Eastern University-Manila and Holy Angel University). Currently, she continuously teaches Psychology courses for both master's degree and doctorate degree programs of Holy Angel University.
With regard to research, she was a faculty researcher at Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Manila. She presented several studies in both national and international conferences. She also published researches at both national and international journals, of which one is Scopus-indexed. Most of her researches pertain to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
Clinical Psychologist
In the last 17 years, Aimee has been working as a psychologist conducting therapy and assessment. Her specialization is treatment of trauma for individuals who experienced various forms of violence and abuse. Besides her clinical practice, Aimee was a part-time lecturer at the Far Eastern University and a consultant for different NGOs in enhancing their mental health services for their clients.
Currently, she is the founder of Whole-Souled Psychological Services and head of the residential care program and the child protection specialist of Hope Worldwide Philippines, Inc. She completed her MA in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas. She is also affiliated with different organizations such as Philippine Association of Child and Play Therapy, Society of Filipino Therapist, and Psychological Association of the Philippines.
Matthew Charles Todd, EMR, MHFA Lead Trainer and Certified Health Coach
Matt is trained in emergency response and leadership. He has helped hundreds of victims of disasters by volunteering with international organizations in Greece, the Middle East, Fiji, Barbuda, Philippines, and others. He is passionate about training individuals and communities for disaster preparedness and response.
Aside from this, Matt is a Certified Health Coach trained by the International Sports Science Association. He enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities and sports, especially multi-sport endurance events, long distance running, hiking, and surfing.
Shiela G. Todd, RSW, EMR, MHFA Lead Trainer and Psychosocial Support Consultant
Shiela is one of the lead trainers and PSS consultant/providers of Fully Psych. She graduated Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Her passion to help vulnerable children has led her to work with drug dependent, sexually abused, and trafficked children. She is a learner of different cultures and has done volunteer work in New York, Mozambique, Nepal, Cambodia, and Indonesia. On top of that she is a mental health advocate and a disaster preparedness & response trainer. She is newly married and loves surfing and the beach.
Lady Diana Datul, LPT, MA Cand Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Clinician
Diane graduated Cum Laude, AB Psychology at the Arellano University. She is currently taking her Masteral Arts in Clinical Psychology at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She is also a member of Society of Filipino Family Therapists and has several years of experiences in providing different psychosocial support for clients. She has handled employee engagement through planning and organizing employee well program and cultural building programs.
Noriko May N. Manarin, RPm, LPT, CHRA Mental Health and Psychological Support Clinician
Noriko May Manarin completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology at De La Salle Lipa and graduated as Cum Laude. After finishing her degree, she became a guidance facilitator in Batangas State University-Malvar Campus handling college students. After a year, she was given an opportunity to be a school principal and acting guidance counselor in Montessori East Tanauan where she handled children, its parents, and teachers. She is currently finishing her master's degree in Psychology major in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University-Manila, with electives on Industrial Counseling and Employee Assistance Program, and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support. She has also been conducting psychological first aid, mental health and psychosocial processing, and being a resource speaker to various institutions.
Love Aiza B. Escapalao, LPT, RPm Mental Health and Psychological Support Clinician
Love is a graduate of bachelor's degree in Psychology at Philippine Normal University, cumlaude. She is currently taking up her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University, Manila. She provides individual and group psychotherapy sessions. She does counseling and psychosocial support services. She has also worked with adolescents with suicidal ideation and depression. Aside from these, she has also experience in academic settings. She is a licensed professional teacher at Department of Education, Cavite.
Maria Christina Barreto, MS Cand Mental Health and Psychological Support Clinician
Tina is a future psychologist who hopes to help empower people no matter their struggles. She graduated BS Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University and is presently completing her Master of Science in Psychology at the De La Salle University. She has experiences in dealing with children when it comes to cognitive development, memory and learning. She has also experiences in providing therapy and conducting psychological assessment.
Jasmine Frances Burgos, RPm, MS Cand Mental Health and Psychological Support Clinician
Jas is an aspiring psychologist and researcher dedicated to helping people flourish. She is currently completing her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University, Manila. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree (cum laude) from the same university. She is also a registered psychometrician (2019 board topnotcher - third place). As a budding researcher, she has co-authored publications on positive psychology, positive education, culture, and well-being. Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents and young adults with depression and suicidal ideation. Under supervision, she conducts psychological assessment and provides individual and group therapy sessions.
Joel Paman, MS Cand Mental Health and Psychological Support Clinician
Joel graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where he was a student scholar from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Joel is pursuing his Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, further enhancing his knowledge and skills in the field.
One of Joel's notable strengths is his proficiency in research writing. He also possesses video editing skills, showcasing his proficiency in multimedia production. Another remarkable quality of Joel is his exceptional listening skills. Being attentive and empathetic, he can effectively connect with others, understand their concerns, and provide them with the support they need. Moreover, Joel's caring nature and willingness to help others make him an asset to any team or community. He is dedicated to making a positive impact in people's lives and is driven by a genuine desire to support and assist those in need.
